barely cheesy seasoned potatoes

These are grrrrreat! I love a potato that's not so completely adulterated with seasoning that you can barely tell they are baked potatoes. These are perfect for that.
Start with three clean, scrubbed potatoes. Pop these into the microwave for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through. You want them to be soft all the way through.
Line 'em up!
Slice 'em up!
After you slice them in half, you then slice them again into little cubes, without cutting all the way through.
Now, melted butter, seasoned salt and parmesan cheese. Into the oven with the oven on broiler. Put these guys on the medium rack.
These are perfect. Not too seasoned, not too soft. Not to cheesy, not too much going on. So good. So, soo good.
Barely Cheesy Seasoned Potatoes
Oh yea, Cookglee. Oh yea.
3 large russet potatoes, scrubbed
1/2 stick butter, melted
2 Tablespoons seasoned salt
1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Preheat broiler on low. Cook potatoes in microwave for 10-12 minutes until soft all the way through, being sure to turn half way through. Cut in half, and then slice into smaller sections by not cutting all the way to the skin. Season with melted butter, seasoned salt and cheese. Place tray on middle rack in the oven and broil for 10-15 minutes until cheese is crusted. Serve hot and enjoy!
