man pleasing chicken

This really was man pleasing chicken. Ed said that he had never had anything that tasted like this before- almost like a more interesting honey mustard.
The original recipe I found of this didn't include sriracha sauce, but I added it. It adds a nice twang and spice that isn't overpowering. I also don't have rosemary, so I used just a little bit of dried rosemary.
If you have a 9x9 glass baking dish, use that. I *cough cough* shattered mine recently, so I had to go with the long pan. The sauce will more evenly coat the chicken and make a sauce, rather than cook through.
Smother that chicken. Smother it. And coat it thoroughly.
40 minutes later and this is what you get... a deliciously spiced and twangy chicken that's sure to please your man! Serve how you'd like- potatoes or rice. Even pop this on a burger bun and chow down.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix together mustard, syrup, sriracha, vinegar and rosemary. Liberally coat chicken with salt and pepper and then massage sauce into the meat.
