doggie pancakes

For Radar's birthday, we had doggie cakes. For Link's birthday, I thought we would go with some doggie pancakes! These are sugar free, flour free and butter free! All you need are 2 ingredients: banana and egg!
Use a ripe banana because they mash better. Just 2 eggs and a ripe banana and smoosh.
After just a few minutes of mixing, this is what you get! I added a bit of cinnamon to jazz it up- so I guess that makes 3 ingredients.
You cook these just like any other pancake- in a greased pan for 20-30 seconds on either side. Watch for overcooking! There won't be any bubbles like in a regular pancake.
Because these are gluten free and grain free, they are beyond puppy friendly- but they are people friendly too!
Doggie Pancakes
2 eggs
1 ripe banana

Preheat a skillet over medium heat on the stove top. Smash together eggs and banana either with a fork, a potato masher or a hand mixer until the batter is super smooth and not chunky. Add cinnamon or vanilla is desired. Spray preheated pan with cooking spray and portion out batter onto pan. Cook for 20-30 seconds on either side. Serve immediately and enjoy!
