spicy lemon garlic shrimp

Shrimps! It's hard to dislike shrimp and live in Georgia. We are basically known for our white shrimp here. It's super easy to find- in every grocery store basically, and it's not too expensive. This is a quick and easy way to enjoy it!
Cold, very cold butter cut into chunks into the food processor along with the juice of a lemon, plenty of salt, 4 cloves of garlic and a bunch of parsley.
Lastly, bunches and bunches of red pepper flake.
Lay out the shrimp in one layer and then...
Top with chunks of the flavored butter. Into the oven this goes and then...
This is what comes out. A beautiful sight- pink shrimp, bubbly butter and fragrant garlic. So good. So, soo good.
Spicy Lemon Garlic Shrimp

1/4 cup fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flake
Juice of 1 lemon

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lay shrimp out in a single layer on a baking tray or pan. In a food processor, pulse together butter, salt, garlic, parsley and red pepper flake. Distribute chunks of the butter evenly across the shrimp. Bake in oven for 15 minutes or until shrimp are pink and butter is hot and bubbly. Serve hot and enjoy!
