spaghetti aglio

Ed looked at this meal with skepticism. No meat. And we all know how Ed feels about meals without meat. No good. Well, he later responded that this meal "was decent." That's basically a seal of approval for a vegetarian meal.
The first star player is RAW garlic. Raw garlic. It seriously gives this dish a fresh and bitey flavor that's very unique.
The second star player is red pepper flake. Spicy and smokey. Perfect with the garlic.
Star player number three is romano cheese- fresh! Keep is fresh, keep it delicious. This is even fresh grated. Which is definitely a step up from what I have been doing. Also, cheaper. The thing that ties this all together is the olive oil. Once you mix the cheese, oil, pepper flake and garlic together with a little salt in the hot pasta, it makes a delicious and light sauce.
Spaghetti Aglio
7 oz angel hair pasta, cooked
3 large cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
1/3 cup olive oil
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup fresh grated Romano or Parmesan cheese

Cook pasta according to package. While pasta is still hot, mix in garlic, chili flakes, olive oil, salt and cheese. Allow to merry for 2-3 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
